Born and raised in Southern Italy, I am deeply connected to my Italian mystical and folklore roots. Hailing from the Puglia region—the "heel of the boot"—known for its rocky cliffs, sandy beaches, and natural beauty, I carry with me the ancient knowledge and traditions of my homeland.

My passion is to work with women, connecting and sharing wisdom through the healing power of sound healing, mindfulness, meditation and therapeutic art.

As a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, Meditation Instructor, Pregnancy Mindfulness Coach, and Art Therapy Life Coach, I integrate these teachings into my work to support mindfulness, and creative expression.
