The Untamed Woman: Therapeutic Painting Experience

Step into the rich, symbolic world of the Shadow Self archetype—not as something dark or frightening, but as an invitation to reconnect with the parts of yourself that are honest, intuitive, independent, and no longer willing to shrink.

Through guided reflection and expressive art-making, you’ll create a special piece that represents your own untamed inner voice. Think shadowy backgrounds, flowing lines, night imagery, hidden symbols, and bold flashes of color.

Your artwork may explore themes of speaking your truth, reclaiming your boundaries, honoring your instincts, or courageously choosing yourself.

No art experience is needed. This is a welcoming, judgment-free space to use creativity as a tool for self-discovery, empowerment, and meaningful personal expression.

You’ll leave with an original piece of art and a deeper connection to the strength that already lives within you.
